The purpose of this exploratory research is to identify gaps in existing leadership theories and to present a new meta-theory to ...  Read More The importance of leadership on the one hand and the plurality of opinions in this field on the other hand increase the need to rethink and conduct research in this regard. The purpose of this exploratory research is to identify gaps in existing leadership theories and to present a new meta-theory to address these gaps. In this library research, we used meta-theory, which is one of the effective research methods for rethinking science. The statistical community is all the articles that investigated leadership theories. Sampling by judgmental method reached the number of 200 articles until theoretical saturation. In this research, we first categorized leadership theories based on the five paradigms of science and then identified theoretical gaps. Based on the research findings, the gaps in the organization's leadership theories go back to the material ontology that governs them, and the solution is to change the perspective towards the unificationist meta-theory and human knowledge in higher dimensions. We have presented our metatheoretical view based on unificationist theories of physics, because unificationist ontology, emphasizing the multiplicity of dimensions and the unity of forces in existence, considers the truth to be something beyond the material world.

In order to collect information, ...  Read More This Research adopts a new approach to civil rights and government services, with the aim of providing a model of community-based human capital management in the public sector. This is an applied research that has been done with an exploratory strategy and a qualitative method. In order to collect information, we use references and articles related to the topic and semi-structured interviews with managers and experts in the field of human resources and for data Analysis, thematic analysis method was used. The suggested model has five dimensions: prerequisites, barriers and facilitators, content and consequences. Interpretation of research findings showed that the lack of a basic strategic orientation and incorrect common beliefs between individuals are one of the important barriers to community-based and the most important way to remove these barriers is "supporting managers" and " Identify and reinforce common true beliefs". Redefining shared values through dialogue and participation and “coordination between government organizations" will further facilitate community-based accountability to increase the responsibility of individuals and citizens

The existence of proper organizational factors could play major role in entrepreneurial orientation development. Purposely this paper focuses on the study of organizational factors effect on the entrepreneurial orientation in Private Banks. Jaworski, Cohli and Covin, Slevin models have been used for organizational factors and the entrepreneurial orientation measurement. On this way, by using factorial analysis has been changed. The population consisted of Private Banks in Tehran. By using random sampling, 350 persons were selected for study. The  related results indicates that top management support  has better effect than creating organizational effective relation, decentralization, informality also the existence of efficient reward system could enforcement entrepreneurial orientation in Private Banks.

With regard to the nature of the problem, dynamic behavior  of managers, and complexities of strategic decision making, artificial neuron networks may be a good help for decision makers. These networks are helpful since they copy and represent the natural ones. The value of neural network technology lies in its application for recognizing patterns, learning, classification, generalization, summarizing and interpreting incomplete inputs. Neural networks are potential factors for providing some human characteristics which are used in problem solving. Simulation using logical and analytical techniques and decision support systems or even expert systems is difficult. The aim of this paper is, as well as presenting new findings, to describe the application of artificial neural networks in strategic decision making by managers. In this paper, the artificial neural networks are discussed to use a decision model within comparative strategic decision making in management. It describes the way networks are applied and accepted within strategic decision making. In chapter one the literature of artificial neuron networks is reviewed. In the second chapter, the principal idea of strategic decision making framework and, on the third, how to make a decision model based on artificial neuron networks are discussed. On the whole, the main purpose of the paper is to understand the human natural neuron networks and to reconstrnct this function artificially to use it in strategic decision making. In summary, artificial neuron networks learn  from experience. They are used for making complex and repetitive decisions. They focus on the known patterns and are able to decide and predict on the basis of the previous instances. In future, decision making techniques of artificial network will be applied for all strategic cases and for every strategic case a unique artificial network will be planned and different decisions will be made.

The natural and human capitals turn into wealth when they are with the knowledge capital. Organization power today resets upon possession of knowledge-wealth as well as on taking all-out advantage of the collection of creative competencies of mind which in tum pave the ground for further development and progress. organizations and corporations have come to a conclusion that nothing but knowledge can enable them to gain an advantageous stance in today's world competition. Consequently, the employees of an organization, as the genuine possessors of knowledge as well as vitally important investments of the organization, have attracted immense consideration. The knowledge management, as an instrument can gather the existing knowledge and expands it, and distributes through organization. But, experiences of many of companies regarding knowledge management have failed. This means that not pertinent pattern has been adopted for assessing knowledge management which has been taken into account as a temporary and transitory process. In this research, influencing factors of knowledge management have elaborated and a model for assessing knowledge management in industrial organizations of Iran has been presented on the basis of these factors. Besides, the level of knowledge management can, too, be identified through the said model. The factors include knowledge exploration, knowledge creation, knowledge exporting, knowledge distribution, knowledge expansion, and knowledge maintenance. Each of these factors further subdivides into other elements. The research method is surveying and case study. Two large manufactures of automobile industry of Iran, which has credited the highest achievements in the field of knowledge management, have been singled out as the subject of research. By ascertaining relevant information from experts of  the two large manufactures as well as through carrying statistical viewing of the data thus the final analysis and scrutiny conducted and subsequently necessary conclusions and suggestions submitted so as the aforementioned model could be able to demonstrate its practicality.

In his famous article "General System Theory" he emphasized on the commensurate choice of research tools and subject, pointing out that we can understand phenomena only when appropriate tools for that level are acquired. He believed the research tools have been designed in second and third levels of systems, and humans and organizations which belong to seventh and eights complex levels are investigated by them. Of course, the results of such researches are prone to many errors and deficiencies.
